Currently cancellations can not be done through our website. We are working towards to provide you cancellation functionality available in orders section in your Vaseegara Oils account.

In case if you need to cancel the order due to the genuine reasons please get in touch with us via email info@vaseegaraoils.com

Please note, already shipped orders can not be cancelled in any circumstances. We can cancel only those orders which are not shipped from our side. Once the order is shipped, it’s beyond our control to cancel it.

Refunds for the cancelled orders will be processed in 7 to 10 working days of the day order is cancelled. In some cases refund may take more time than expected. In case if you face any issues with your refunds for cancelled order, please get in touch with us.
